We rarely offer reductions on our list price of a minimum of £2,000.00 – however in low seasons we do sometimes quote for smaller groups or for groups with a lot of children or pre-school age etc based on the number of paying adults within a group – so it is always worth asking!

Also if you are enquiring about a date 25 days hence or less, we can offer you a 25% discount.  This applies for weekends and also for mid-week breaks for much smaller parties – our 25 for 25 deal.

If we do have a weekend available that we are happy to let go cheap, we will feature it here!

Also, for families with small children or groups of walkers able to come on holiday during school term times when we are at the house too, we are happy to offer small group bookings from £500.00 per family or group for a four night stay – either in the Jovial Colliers Apartment or in George Cottage behind the main house -  on the understanding that you share the garden with us and our family and that The Upper Malt House and its facilities will not be  accessable.

We also offer a mid-week one or two night break for couples, using the Four Poster Bedroom, private access to the spa facilities, a luxury breakfast hamper for you to help yourselves to for the morning and a late check out of 12.00 lunch time.
