(We prefer to do all our bookings via e-mail for efficiency and accuracy of information) Please read all the details below and also on the guest terms page to be sure that you are happy with all the terms before you proceed to making your booking.
We require 50% of the hire fee to confirm the booking, which is transferable up to 28 days prior to your booking, but not refundable, should you need to cancel. This is in full up to 28 days prior, 50% of it up to 14 days prior and nothing within 14 days. It is your requirement to take out cancellation insurance as the booker, not ours as the property hirer.
Booking Prices for 2012
A 2 night weekend break, 5.00pm Friday to 2.00pm Sunday, is -
General Stores, Jovial Colliers and Upper Malt House – sleeping 20 adults = £2,000.00
A 3 night weekend break, 5.00pm Friday to 10.00am Monday, is -
General Stores, Jovial Colliers and Upper Malt House – sleeping 20 = £2,600.00
A 3 night Bank Holiday weekend break, £3,000.00 minimum,
A 4 night mid week break, 5.00pm Monday to 10.00am Friday, is £2,600.00
Jovial Colliers only – sleeping 4 = £500.00 = £31.25 pp,pn
General Stores – sleeping 17 = £1,500.00 = £22.00 pp,pn
General Stores and Jovial Colliers – sleeping 21 = £2,000.00 = £25.00 pp,pn
General Stores, Jovial Colliers and Upper Malt House – sleeping 25 = £2,600.00
A full week, 5.00pm Friday to 10.00am the following Friday, is –
General Stores, Jovial Colliers and Upper Malt House – sleeping 25 = £4,000.00 = £23.00 pp, pn
Christmas and New Year Weeks 2012 – 7 nights – £4,500.00 – 5 nights £4,000.00 –
We do not do two night or three night bookings for Christmas or New Year.
Also, please let me know your specific requirements, and whether your group is an adult only, walking/outdoor, hen or stag, or family type get-together with children/babies – and I can suggest which facilities would be most suitable.

We require 50% of the hire fee to confirm the booking, which is transferable up to 28 days prior to your booking, but not refundable, should you need to cancel. The balance is due no less than four weeks prior to your stay.
There is also a security deposit of £500.00, or £1,000.00 across all units, payable in full no less than four weeks before your stay and returned no less than two weeks after your stay, against the house being left as it was found, and there being no damage or additional cleaning or maintenance work required. For stag bookings we request £50.00 per head security deposit.
