The ‘Main House’ consists of the first ten bedrooms on the gallery sleeping up to 25
If you are only 1 or 2 people over this you can add in Z beds for £75.00 each to the Four Poster and Japanese family rooms.
2027 prices – add £1,000.00 for a third night to all prices - No hidden charges or booking fees.

2026 September, October, November & early December start at £2,500.00 - 2027 January and February are a flat £2,500.00 for up to 25.
Extra add-ons are dogs, Z beds, hot tub, logs for the solid fuel stove or gas for the BBQ or the air exchange unit in winter months for the garden/pool table room
Upper Stores, Chinese Room (Upper Stores) - Sleeps 3 - double bed, single bed, cot & en-suite bathroom
Upper Stores, Japanese Room (Upper Stores) - Sleeps 4 - double sleigh bed, single sleigh bed, sofa bed. Shared use of bette bathroom & family shower room.
Upper Stores, Butterfly Room (Upper Stores) - Sleeps 3 - double sleigh bed, single bed & hand basin. Shared use of bette bathroom & family shower room.
Upper Stores, Four Poster Room (Upper Stores) - Sleeps 2 - four poster bed, plus en-suite WC and bath in the bedroom - the best bedroom in the house!
Upper Stores, White Room (Uppers Stores) - Sleeps 3 - bunk beds, single bed. Shared use of bette bathroom & family shower room.
Upper Stores, Nell Nile Bunk Room (Uppers Stores) - Sleeps 2 - bunk room which is a walk thru room, leading to the butterfly room. Shared use of Bette bathroom & family shower room. Great for kids as an extension of the Butterfly room for a large family or for the last people standing after the party.
Malt House, Rinky Dink Pink (Upper Malt House) - Sleeps 2 (+1) - bunk bed with double on bottom – only let for 2. Shared use of spa space showers and WC next door.
Malt House, Sunshine Yellow (Upper Malt House) - Sleeps 2 (+1) - bunk bed with double on bottom – only let for 2. Shared use of spa space showers and WC next door.
Malt House, Arts and Crafts (Lower Malt House) - Sleeps 2 - double bed and en-suite shower room.
Malt House, Doves and Swans (Lower Malt House) - Sleeps 2 (+1) - bunk bed with double on bottom – let for 2, unless children sharing. Use of family bathroom next door
The Woodland Room (The Lower Stores) - sleeps 4. This is at the bottom of the stairs from the main letting & is usually the owner’s private part of Mill End. It can be used for larger groups of up to 29, & there is also room for a Z bed (£50.00) if it is to be used as a kids dorm or if single bed occupancy is required. Wet room available for £50.00.
The Blue Room (The Lower stores) - sleeps 2. This is at the bottom of the stairs from the main letting & is usually the owner’s private part of Mill End. It is a complicated house re layout so email for clarity!
The Rose Double Room (Jovial Colliers) - sleeps 2. It is accessed via French doors from the green oak and glass garden room & is usually the owner’s private part of Mill End. Historically this was the village shop but the owners converted it for themselves to live in from 2006 onwards. It is also called ‘The Annexe’.
The Garden Bunk (Jovial Colliers) - sleeps 2. It is accessed via French doors from the green oak and glass garden room & is usually the owner’s private part of Mill End, with access from the private kitchen. Historically this was the village shop but the owners converted it for themselves to live in from 2006 onwards. It is also called ‘The Annexe’.
Jovial Colliers - Part of the let includes an extra kids TV room and play room and a black and white bathroom, or it can be used as a break out room for corporates - is is the the owner’s private part of the house mid-week but it can be hired for occasional lets where single bed occupancy is required or for breakout spaces for corporates.

The Cottage Next Door - belongs to my husband but can be hired alongside Mill End and has direct access through the garden.
Birds of paradise - Sleeps 4 - double bed & bunks with use of white bathroom - this cottage can be hired together with Mill End & has an outdoor wood fired sauna cabin, a second hot tub & a cold water barrel.
Vintage Rose - Sleeps 2 - double bed with use of white bathroom - this cottage can be hired together with Mill End & has an outdoor wood fired sauna cabin, a second hot tub & a cold water barrel. It has its own entrance or has direct access from the garden of Mill End main house, with direct access between the gardens.
Blue Denim - Sleeps 2 - double sofa bed in second sitting room with use of white bathroom - Blue Denim - Sleeps 2 - double sofa bed in second sitting room with use of white bathroom - this cottage belongs to my husband but can be hired together with Mill End, with direct access from the garden.
DISCLAIMER
The owners redecorate, change and improve the interior décor regularly and occasionally have to carry out repairs as a result of previous bookings, and so guests must be aware that interiors might differ, or they might be offered a slightly different configuration of parts of the house – always the same as and often more than they have booked – never less.
