Fabulous rates for Winter 25 & Spring 26 - prices start at £2,500.00 base rate for up to 25 over 10 bedrooms.

The base rate is for up to 25 guests over 10 bedrooms, but you can add on extra rooms for larger groups on the drop down menu

The price includes the cold water immersion barrel, the cocktail bar & the pool table. The price excludes the hot tub & saunas.

Extra add-ons are dogs, Z beds, earlier arrival or later departure, logs for the solid fuel stove or gas for the BBQ - fees include cleaning BBQ or stove..

We have an air exchange system for the garden/pool table room which we recommend that you book during winter months.

For weekend guests, arrival is after 5.00pm, and departure by 12.00 noon on a Sunday or 10.00am on a Monday.

For Bordello Banquets catering, cocktails & classes bundles, or a corporate group wanting to visit for one night, mid-week, for team building or training, please enquire via the link & we can give you ideas & quotes & work within your given budget.
