Mill End Spa and Wellness Breaks
Featuring an enclosed courtyard garden with mediterranean feel, in-house healthy and raw catering and a plethora of spa and leisure facilities (including spa space with professional massage couch, infra red sauna, steam sauna, two hot tubs, outdoor wood fired sauna cabin, fire pits and a BBQ ) Mill End is the perfect place to unwind. Look out for our own events and retreats or book the space to run your own - either self-catering or fully catered.
Better Back Healthy Retreats
Pure Body Balance Better Back Health Classes are getting a lot of interest from local mountain bikers recovering from riding injury and ride specific structural issues. Stay in the Forest of Dean and take part in their group mountain bike rides or their restorative classes including ELDOA & Yoga.
